Ancient wisdom, modern wellness insights

Ayurveda — India's 5,000-year-old science of life — offers a personalised roadmap to health based on your unique constitution. Understand your body type and unlock lasting wellness.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. The word "Ayurveda" comes from the Sanskrit words "Ayur" (life) and "Veda" (science or knowledge) — meaning the science of life.

At its core, Ayurveda holds that every person is born with a unique combination of three biological energies called doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This combination, known as your Prakriti or constitution, governs your physical characteristics, mental tendencies, and vulnerability to imbalance.

By understanding your dosha constitution, you can make informed choices about diet, daily routines, herbal support, and lifestyle practices that align with your natural patterns — preventing imbalance before it becomes disease.
